Basic Requirements:

Please ensure that the musician/DJ setup area is located at most 15 feet away from a power sources, (or provide an extension cable) and that there is at least 5ft x 8ft of space for the equipment.

If you choose to host the event outdoors, covereage for the musicians and the equipemtn is required - OR - offer a stiphend for the artist to acquire one.

Note: Providing water for the entertainer is appreciated. Offering food and/or alcohol is a bonus that enhances the their experience.
