Music became Tyler's earliest connection to his spiritual and artistic core. Tyler grew up in rural Georgia with fond memories of listening to his father's classic and progressive rock CD collection. His early exposure to artists like Steely Dan, Rush, and Queen fueled his creativity and passion to create original works with his signature style.

Tyler excelled at saxophone for eight years from grade school through university and was heard in concert, symphonic, jazz, marching, and district bands. As his school's band captain, Tyler solidified his role as a mentor, musician, and performer. Tyler is now a proficient vocalist and instrumentalist, commanding bass, guitar, piano, and drums.

Tyler's musical palette is vibrant, drawing inspiration from the intricate rhythms of drummers like Neil Peart and Sonny Emory and the masterful song structures of his favorite songwriters, John Mayer and Jacob Collier. This diverse blend has shaped his unique musical style, a fusion of engaging song structures and captivating rhythms.

"Instant Sadness in a Cup," Tyler's first single, will soon be released, and he will play every instrument you hear in the original track. As Tyler completes his debut album, he is forming a band to continue his dream of performing his songs live in concert.
